Ingredients:

1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
200 g plain yogurt
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
A handful of fresh fruit (e.g. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

Mix chia seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds in a bowl. You can lightly toast them in a dry pan to bring out the full flavor, but it's not necessary.

Add plain yogurt to the bowl of seeds and mix well.

If you prefer a sweeter version, add a teaspoon of honey.
Mix everything together and top with your favorite fresh fruit.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the seeds can absorb the liquid and swell, increasing their nutritional value.
